Pommery England Brut Sparkling

Louis Pommery England Brut is an English sparkling wine produced by the historic Champagne house
Our cellar master has combined premium English grapes with the wine making tradition and expertise of the Pommery House to create a distinctive, fresh and elegant wine. Louis Pommery England is the creation of Pinglestone Estate, Hampshire, where the planting of a 100 acre vineyards started in 2017.
The Louis Pommery England Brut opens with an intriguing, attractive aroma of citrus (lemon, orange zest) and green apple plus some lovely notes of freshly made bread dough. It’s a nice, classic start.
Taking a sip reveals this to be a fresh and crisp wine with plenty of fine bubbles. It’s quite delicious and balanced when tasting and features juicy fruit similar to the nose and plenty of acidity.
It ends crisp, dry and long with a touch of lasting saltiness.

**Freminus is the embodiment of the expression of the White Chenin on shale soils.
This organic savoury wine of Savennières is the result of the winemaking of the grapes of a plot that bears the same name.
Her dress is pale yellow with bright reflections. The bouquet is adorned with notes of white flowers, lime. In the mouth, this wine is a perfect balance between salinity and minerality.
No doubt this wine accompanies the gastronomy of the seaside. Pairs well with cod accras, bar fillet, fennel, kidney pork roast, curry lamb, goat cheese beet
95 Points - James Suckling
This excellent Savennieres is packed with orange blossom, candied orange, elderflower and honeycomb aromas. Rich and creamy on the medium- to full-bodied palate, but with fantastic slatey character that gives the finish enormous freshness. Excellent aging potential. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Illahe Grenache Wahluke Slope

This magnificent example of the classic Rhône variety is velvety soft and a seductively light- to medium-body showcasing beautiful cherry color. The complex nose has aromas of red fruit, citrus, juniper, rosemary, and hints of black pepper. The palate is bright with tart red cherries, leather, and dried herbs, with notes of black pepper and orange zest. Wet stone highlights the nose and opens up to Rainer
cherry, fennel bulb, Oregon coast tide pool, and eucalyptus. The longer the wine stays in your glass the more dark chocolate, raspberry, and tobacco leaf shows
itself. The palate is lively and fresh and invokes a twist on a classic PB&J, think bright fig and freshly ground hazelnut spread
Domaine Octavie Touraine Gamay

Deep garnet red with bright clarity, this Gamay reveals ripe strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, nutmeg, and pepper over a mineral-driven background. The palate is fresh, supple, and fruit-forward, ending with a subtle peppery note.
