Ninety Plus Cellars Lot 228 Cremant d'Alsace
Alsace, France
This sparkling wine is perfectly golden in color with beautiful bubbles that erupt in the glass. Notes of honeysuckle, ripe peach, and cream leap from the glass with flavors of orange blossom and subtle biscuit notes on the palate.
Made by a family winery that has been making wine since the 18th century, this Crémant is a testament to the heritage and quality of sparkling wines in the Alsace region.
Nestled in the town of Dambach-la-Ville, in the heart of Alsace, this winery prides itself on centuries old tradition and its biodynamic processes. Legend has it that a bear came out of the woods near the village to show the people that the sweet grapes were in fact edible. Made from carefully selected grapes harvested by hand, this cuvée is composed mostly from Pinot Blanc, with a small amount of Chardonnay, Riesling and Pinot Gris. The wine is made in the Traditional Method, like Champagne, resulting in a beautiful sparkling wine with bright freshness and a creamy mouthfeel.
LONG COLD DRINK OF

Ninety Plus Cellars Lot 233 Gewürztraminer
Russian River Valley, CA
This Gewürztraminer opens with fragrant aromas of lychee and pear, layered with hints of ginger and honey. The palate is smooth and expressive, finishing with a delicate touch of almond. Enjoy it with chicken curry, grilled prawns or Muenster cheese.
This single vineyard Gewürztraminer from California’s Russian River Valley is a rare gem. Extremely limited in production, this white wine is irresistibly crisp and refreshing, showing that Sonoma County may just be a secret spot for producing world class Gewürztraminer.
Nestled in the heart of the Santa Rosa Plain, this estate vineyard thrives in deep, sandy loam soils that encourage the vines to root deeply, producing fruit of exceptional character. The result is a wine with vibrant, expressive aromatics of fresh fruit and delicate florals. Influenced by the cool climate and lingering fog of Sonoma Valley, the wine retains remarkable freshness and a distinct mineral edge. Fermented in neutral oak barrels with zero residual sugar, it offers a plush, rounded texture while remaining crisp and refreshing.

Silky and expressive, it's the kind of wine that makes any meal feel like a special occasion. Pair this with dark chocolate covered cherries, herbed grilled roasted lamb, or a truffle mac and cheese for a match made in heaven.
If you are looking for small production Willamette Valley Pinot Noir at an unbelievable price, Lot 193 is a can’t miss. This wine is limited to just 1,000 cases and is available for nearly half of the producer’s own labeled bottling.
Eola-Amity Hills is one of Willamette Valley’s most prestigious sub- appellations. There, vineyards lie on east-facing hillsides and consist of deep, volcanic basalt soils. This wine is produced from a small boutique winery on estate vineyards with production only reaching 2,000 cases of Pinot Noir per year. The soil, along with long sunlight hours and cooler temperatures creates intensely fresh and flavorful Pinot Noir with a sleek texture featuring ripe, dark berry fruit, soft oak and savory earth aromas. This is Oregon Pinot Noir at its best.

Ninety Plus Cellars Lot 75 Pinot Noir
Russian River Valley, Sonoma, CA
Alluringly scented with aromas of juicy black cherries and cocoa backed by lurking notes of cedar and violets. The wine's flavors are boldly expressive and distinctly layered.
Russian River Valley is one of the world’s most revered wine regions for Pinot Noir. As one of our most long standing and popular Reserve Series wines, Lot 75 is a standout every vintage. It comes from one of Sonoma County's historic and most respected growers, showcasing unbelievable quality for a Russian River price that can’t be beat!

This wine is sustainably made and is aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels. It is a dynamic wine that is both complex and balanced, bursting with expressive California fruit.
YOU HAD ME AT BBQ

Ninety Plus Cellars Lot 113 Big Red Blend
Lodi, CA
Aromas of cassis, blackberry and plum with traces of vanilla and cedar. Textured, full-bodied and larger-than-life, you may just have to stretch out your mouth for that first sip!
Not all California red blends are made equal. Lot 113 Big Red Blend is reminiscent of the traditional field blends made by California's pioneering winemakers, purposefully created with grapes from old vine vineyards and specific varieties that provide balance.
The grapes for this wine are grown in the historic region of Lodi. Each grape variety in this blend contributes a unique characteristic to the wine. Zinfandel adds jammy fruit, Malbec adds deep color and berry notes, and Petite Sirah adds tannin, structure and spice. The resulting wine is full-bodied, balanced and easy-drinking.
LETS GETS SERIOUS

Ninety Plus Cellars Lot 243 Cabernet Franc
(May I be Franc with you?)
Oakville
Brambleberry and black cherry burst forward first, with warm vanilla and a whisper of clove settling in underneath. Smooth and full-bodied, with a long finish that lingers pleasantly. Pour it with a grilled ribeye, a wedge of Roquefort, or braised short ribs.
Everyone knows that Napa Valley is home to some of the most acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon in the world, but one would be remiss to overlook the incredible Cabernet Franc that also grows here. This very limited production wine is made from 100% Cabernet Franc. This wine sells for over $100 under the source label!
In the heart of Oakville, among 55 acres of vineyards, is the home of these Cabernet Franc grapes. The soils here are volcanic, stretching out across the alluvial fan, producing wines with elegant characteristics and booming freshness. With a minimal approach to winemaking the true varietal expression of Cabernet Franc really shines.
