Goldeneye Anderson Valley Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

2022 Goldeneye Anderson Valley Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

Anderson Valley has earned acclaim for the complexity and distinctiveness of its sparkling wines. Made from our very best blocks of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, our vibrant and alluring Goldeneye Brut Rosé captures the rich diversity of our estate program, offering tantalizing layers of white peach, golden raspberry and fresh-baked bread.

Bright and expressive from the start, this Brut Rosé offers white peach, apricot, lemon zest, and jasmine on the nose. The palate follows with candied grapefruit, golden raspberry, and a hint of salinity, carried by fine bubbles to a vibrant, polished finish.

2025 Duckhorn Vineyards 50th Anniversary North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

2025 Duckhorn Vineyards 50th Anniversary North Coast Sauvignon Blanc

Varietal Composition: 87% Sauvignon Blanc, 13% Sémillon

At Duckhorn Vineyards, we have been making Sauvignon Blanc since 1982. Harvested from our estates and elite vineyard sites in California’s North Coast, this rich and elegant Sauvignon Blanc was blended with Sémillon to add depth and complexity. Fermented and aged using both stainless steel and French oak, it offers ripe citrus and tropical flavors, refreshing acidity and Sémillon-driven silkiness.

This Sauvignon Blanc opens with vibrant aromas of pineapple guava and dragonfruit, lifted by hints of lemon meringue and key lime blossom. The palate is sumptuous yet refreshing, with bright acidity framing balanced layers of tropical and citrus fruits. A smooth, silky texture carries through to a dynamic finish, delivering energy, precision, and a lively sense of freshness.

2024 Duckhorn Vineyards 50th Anniversary Napa Valley Chardonnay

Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay; 40% Malolactic Fermentation

At Duckhorn Vineyards, we have been making wine using grapes from the finest Napa Valley vineyards for over 40 years. Building on this rich history, our Napa Valley Chardonnay comes from the coolest regions. In the cellar, we applied classic techniques of French oak barrel fermentation with lees stirring, resulting in a Chardonnay that balances the complexity and richness of Napa Valley.

Crafted in celebration of Duckhorn Vineyards’ 50th anniversary, this Chardonnay opens with captivating aromas of caramelized pineapple, white stone fruit, ripe pear and a whisper of mango crème brûlée. The palate is rich yet bright, with lifted acidity that lends elegance and subtle hints of key lime pie. Nuanced notes of fruit, delicate florals and refined minerality add depth and grace, extending into a long, polished finish worthy of this milestone vintage

2023 Duckhorn Vineyards 50th Anniversary Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

2023 Duckhorn Vineyards 50th Anniversary Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Varietal Composition: 93% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 1% Cabernet Franc

Established in 1976 by renowned vintners Margaret and Dan Duckhorn, Duckhorn Vineyards is an iconic Napa Valley winery deeply rooted in a rich legacy of tradition. This Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the complexity of the valley and is a testament to the artistry and dedication that defines each vintage of our storied history.

With bold fruit and sculpted tannins, this Cabernet commands attention with poise and dimension. Aromas of boysenberry, black currant, and huckleberry are layered with bay leaf, baking spice, and a hint of pie crust. On the palate, blueberry, wet slate, and graham cracker move with depth and energy across a well-defined structure. The finish lingers with black cassis and cedar, offering length, clarity, and quiet strength.

2015 Duckhorn Vineyards Atlas Peak Napa Valley Merlot

2018 Duckhorn Vineyards Atlas Peak Napa Valley Merlot

We produced our first Duckhorn Vineyards Merlot in 1978. In the years since, mountain-grown grapes have played an essential role in our Napa Valley Merlot program. Atlas Peak’s temperatures can be as much as 10 degrees cooler than the valley floor, and its high-elevation vineyards are largely above the fog line. This results in long, even ripening that delivers exceptional Merlot vintage after vintage. Our Atlas Peak Merlot displays beautiful concentration with briar berry character alongside wild spice and herb notes.

The 2015 growing season yielded a classic expression of Napa Valley Merlot, with a fleshy entry and juicy layers of Bing cherry, raspberry, and plum, along with hints of blueberry, cedar, vanilla, and clove. Underscored by polished tannins, the juiciness of the entry evolves into a lush, silky texture that carries the flavors to a long, generous finish marked by notes of freshly ground coffee beans with a splash of ripe, red cherry.

Petit Verdot makes up the majority of this blend at 58%, joining 38% Zinfandel and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. Powerfully ripe and rich, it offers integrated oak and tannin around a juicy core of raspberry, blueberry and blackberry, the mouthfeel luxurious and soft.

Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored Petite Verdot based blend opens with a fragrant black currant and plum bouquet with a hint of dark chocolate. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild black currant and plum blend with notes of boysenberry. I also detected hints of minerality and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors and mild tannins drift away nicely. This wine would pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The prized Petit Verdot from Block 4 has yielded a big robust wine, with bold tannins and dark, concentrated fruit. The nose offers enticing aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant, with just a hint of leather and herbes de Provence. On the palate, firm tannins and toasty oak frame luxurious blackberry jam and blueberry flavors that glide to a long, intense finish.
