Replica Label Envy Pinot Noir

Winemaker Notes

Flavors of red cherry, wild raspberry and a hint of baking spices are framed with plenty of texture, depth and finish in this naturally sophisticated wine.

Clean and transparent, ruby core with purple and pink hues leading out to the rim of the glass. The nose leads with lifted fruits of cranberry jam, blackberry, and boysenberry. Confected and ripe in style transitioning into secondary flavors of toasty coconut, caramel, and dark chocolate – all signs of new oak. A subtle floral note of potpourri and delicate herbs add detail to the ripe fruit and oak tones. The wine is fruit forward on the nose, but still balanced and complex. On the palate, more blue fruit of boysenberry and blueberry dominate, with supporting flavors of cranberry and black cherry. Additional flavors of coconut, caramel, and chocolate along with the floral tones compliment the fruit.

Tierra de Castilla, Spain- This straightforward, crisp white is 90% Arin, a little known indigenous varietal with 10% Macabeo blended in. Light apple and peach flavors mark this refreshing, light-bodied wine. A great summer wine for everyday occasions.

Grapes: 60% Macabeo, 40% Airén

Appellation: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla

Region: Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

Winemaking: Fermented in stainless steel

ABV: 12%

Dominio de Eguren is a family operation that contracts out vineyards that they work themselves in Manchuela. They grow older vines of Tempranillo, Bobal, Viura (a.k.a. Macabeo), and Airén. The vines are planted in poor soils (a good thing for wine production) and have unique microclimates that make this little white wine blend a way higher quality than its humble price tag might lead you to believe! But that's the purpose of Dominio de Eguren: to make exceptional wines at accessible price points. This wine is dry, light-bodied, fresh, and fruit-forward.

Scarpetta Chardonnay

Cold Air coming down from the mountains mixed with the warm air from the sea allows Chardonnay to shine. Our Chardonnay is a blend of two vineyard sites. One in the northern part of the Colli Orientali closer to the mountains providing  more minerality, freshness and acidity while the other in Isonzo closer to the sea provides more weight and body.

Scarpetta Chardonnay : Scarpetta Chardonnay is a bright and refreshing white wine from Italy. It offers flavors of green apple, pear, and citrus, with a hint of vanilla and oak. The wine has a balanced acidity and a smooth finish, making it perfect for pairing with seafood, poultry, and light pasta dishes. Serve well-chilled to enjoy its fresh and lively character.

Rosé all day Spritz Watermelon

A lighter approach to our Rosé all day with gentle bubbles and all-natural watermelon, our Spritz is crisp and fresh on the palate with a deliciously long finish.

Wine can be serious... but sometimes you just want to enjoy, you
know? This wine is the essence of enjoyment. The base wine is fresh
and crisp with notes of red fruit and the limestone it grows in. The juice
merely lightens it up. Try it with shrimp, salads, sushi, or Mexican food.
And with only 5% alcohol, it’s a perfect brunch wine too (trust me,
you’ll want extras)! Organic.
