LangeTwins Chenin Blanc - Merrill Vineyard

Tasting Notes:
This wine presents precise aromatics of yellow apple skin, ruby grapefruit zest, and white florals, underpinned by a faint note of baking spice. As the wine evolves in the glass, secondary aromas of crushed stone and fennel pollen emerge, adding complexity to the nose. This wine delivers a refreshing mouthfeel and has a lovely balanced acidity that is perfect for any occasion.
Farming Method:
Farmed responsibly and validated with dual certification through The Lodi Rules and California Sustainable Winegrowing Alliance (CSWA). Bordering the Snodgrass Slough in the California Delta, our Merrill Vineyard is located in the Clarksburg Appellation. The 81.09 acres sits on Mucky Clay and Clay soil that retains water so we keep a close eye on irrigation to ensure a healthy, balanced vine
LangeTwins Cabernet Franc - Miller Vineyard

Tasting Notes:
This wine offers a fantastic blend of traditional Old World notes and vibrant California fruit. Fresh aromas of black cherry, tamarind, and serrano pepper are complimented by an earthy minerality that compares to concrete in a summer rain. Extended aging in neutral oak allows the gentle character and strong structure of the fruit to come into balance, forming flavors of raspberry and ripe strawberry up front with firm, but subtle tannins that bring a slightly sandy texture on the midpalate. This vintage comes to a smooth finish leaving a warm array of spicy fruit flavors.
Ageing Process:
Certified Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing. Miller is unlike any other vineyard we farm in the Clarksburg AVA. The 10.95 acres of Clone 13 and 11 Cabernet Franc develop thick skins to combat fierce Delta winds and each vine seems to perform uniquely due to the topography and soil mix. Grafted from Sauvignon Blanc in 2010, the varietal has performed as we expected – it is difficult to grow, but crafts a beautiful wine.
LangTwins Petite Sirah - One Hundred Vineyard

Tasting Notes:
Situated in the heart of the Lodi AVA, our 100 vineyard produces concentrated fruit, making it the perfect place to plant our Petite Sirah.
This fruit-forward wine opens with a concentrated bouquet of dried plum and cranberry. These concentrated notes carry over and are joined with bright notes of pomegranate and currant. Packed with slightly spicy notes, reminiscent of toasted warm spices.
Bold wine is a natural fit for pairing with prime rib, lamb. Warm tannins from 14 months of aging in American Oak barrels, the finish has lingering acidity create a balanced and long finish.
Farming Method:
Certified Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing. One Hundred Vineyard is located in the Jahant AVA of the Lodi AVA. Planted in 2015, the Petite Sirah block is 49.52 of the total 98.53 planted acres. The natural topography of the soil is Acampo Sandy Loam and San Joaquin Thick Surface, which creates a unique vineyard floor. This prompts us to farm each zone individually with the goal of a uniform vineyard and a balanced vine.
Provenance Vineyards Napa Valley Merlot

PROFILE
This structured, fruit-forward, 100% Merlot showcases ripe blueberry and plum flavors, accompanied by layers of herbal spice.
VINEYARD
Our Merlot is selected from some of the best vineyards in Napa Valley like Oakville, which adds dark fruit, a dense texture and a flinty finish. We also source grapes from Oak Knoll, which brings ripe red and blue fruit, spice and a focused acidity due to the deeper soils and older vines. With several vineyards, we gain complexity and enhance our Merlot’s elegant, fruit-forward flavors.
WINEMAKING
Malolactic fermentation occurs in barrels with weekly stirring to develop rich texture. This Merlot is 100% barrel aged for 18 months in French oak. We took a minimalistic winemaking approach with periodic topping and aeration as decided by the winemaker during monthly tastings
