Jeio Brut Prosecco DOC NV

https://images.salsify.com/images/tgdh18vwqodtlzm4txo7/Jeio%20NV%20Brut%20Prosecco%20DOC.png

The Jeio line is inspired by the influential Desiderio Bisol, whose wife lovingly referred to him as Jeio. The father of the current generation of Bisol, Desiderio was dedicated to product quality, acquiring only the steepest plots. While considerably more difficult to work, these plots are ideal for vine cultivation. As a result of his vision, the Glera cultivated in these vineyards is especially rich in malic acid, making the final wine more dynamic and evolved. Glera sourced for the Prosecco Brut comes from vineyards in the DOC area just outside Valdobbiadene, taking advantage of the altitude and unique character.

Brilliant straw yellow color; perlage extremely fine and lively. Intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline sensations. Fruit-forward, refreshing sip.

FRENZY Sauvignon Blanc is sourced exclusively from Mount Richmond Estate, located in New Zealand’s Upper Wairau Valley of Marlborough. A wine celebrated for its aromatic profile and crafted to offer a lively, refreshing experience that delights with its purity and expressive fruitiness.

On the nose, it exudes vibrant aromas of tropical fruits, such as passionfruit and ripe pineapple, intertwined with zesty citrus notes. On the palate, it delivers a burst of flavors, including juicy grapefruit, tangy lime, and hints of fresh herbs. The wine exhibits a well-balanced acidity, providing a refreshing and lively sensation. With its impeccable structure and long, crisp finish, this Sauvignon Blanc exemplifies the elegance and quality for which the Upper Wairau region is renowned.

Pazo Torre Penelas

Pazo das Bruxas Albariño, DO Rías Baixas

https://images.salsify.com/images/hgimawn7k4wntdbuiney/FTP_NV_PazoDasBruxas_Albarino.png

Produced in DO Rías Baixas, the undisputed birthplace of Albariño. This classic expression of Albariño is characteristic of the Atlantic-influenced maritime climate of Rías Baixas. The combination of fruit from temperate O’Rosal vineyards with slower to ripen parcels from Salnés provides optimal balance and high-toned acidity.

A luminous straw color with subtle golden highlights. The nose is refined and inviting, revealing delicate white flower notes layered over vibrant pineapple, crisp apple, and zesty lemon. The palate is silky and poised, offering a smooth, delicate texture balanced by lively freshness and a distinctive character that leaves a lasting impression.

Elena Walch

Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC

https://images.salsify.com/images/cjij2f3fcjjxxwsyklrw/EW_NV_Pinot_Grigio_BTL.png

The most popular wine from the winery, Pinot Grigio is a refined and expressive wine that captures the true essence of Elena Walch’s terroir. Exclusively made from Alto Adige DOC grapes, the wine expresses the region's unique climate, marked by warm days and cool nights, allowed the grapes to ripen slowly, enhancing their flavor and balance.

The wine captivates with light straw yellow and fruity notes of ripe pears, white pepper and a bit of sage in the nose. Mineral- salty richness and a crisp acidity are distinctive on the palate.

Elena Walch

Schiava Alto Adige DOC

https://images.salsify.com/images/jokmrqswixu8prvfj505/EW_NV_Schiava_Selezione_BTL.png

This ancient indigenous red grape variety has flourished in Alto Adige since the sixteenth century, and its cultivation is expanding steadily. Despite a significant reduction in planted acreage in recent decades, this has paradoxically led to an enhancement in the quality of Schiava wines, sparking a contemporary renaissance for this esteemed grape. In the case of Elena Walch, this is no exception as this wine delivers beautiful floral tones and balance that takes you right to the heart of their mountain estate.

The Schiava presents a vibrant ruby hue and subtle cherry aromas on the nose. On the palate, it offers a harmonious and elegant profile, highlighted by naturally mild acidity and fine tannins, complemented by a gentle hint of bitter almond on the finish. This is an elegant, fruit-
forward red wine with impressive length.

The deep purple color of the wine extends all the way to the rim of the glass and gives way to an explosive nose that is the essence of Napa Valley, black fruit, dark cocoa, coffee and deep plum. The wine is thick, rich and full on the palate with beautiful balance between fruit, tannin, acidity, oak and alcohol. The flavors of chocolate, blackberry, bay laurel and sweet French oak penetrate the palate and last for minutes. There is strength and power but constrained with bright acidity, fruit and just the right amount of balancing tannin. The wine is savory and chewy as well as bright and vibrant
