2024 Orin Swift Bloodlines Cabernet

2024 Orin Swift Bloodlines Cabernet

_Bloodlines is a story of obsession. We are on a relentless pursuit to create the best wines, pushing ourselves harder each day and moving the goal post just before we reach it. Sourcing is intentional, blending is precise and labels are perfected. Case in point - the red Orin Swift rings are more than meets the eye – founder and winemaker Dave Phinney drew they by hand over 300 times before they were right. The devil is in the details and simply put, we are obsessed.

WINEMAKER’S NOTES The deep core pulls one into the glass of the 2024 Bloodlines, complemented by a neon fuchsia rim. Aromatically, the wine exudes notes of pluot, boysenberry, blackcurrant, black pepper and leather. As the wine opens, further complexity is revealed highlighted by a rocky perfume. Taut and balanced with acidity, the palate fills with rich notes of blackberry, lavender and a lengthy close of drying tannins.

Tasting Notes

A bubbly, dry, and fruit-forward Italian red wine that shines on every occasion. Think juicy blackberry and plum flavors with irresistible fizz. It’s refreshingly versatile – bold enough for rich pastas, elegant with lighter dishes, and just as delicious by the glass. Serve chilled, always.

Co-founded by Ashley Graham, Lucci is a modern take on an Italian classic. This 91-point rated dry sparkling red wine from Emilia-Romagna offers vivid fruit flavors, fine bubbles, and a refreshing finish that pairs perfectly with good food and great company.

Born from a passion for bubbles and a gap in the market for premium sparkling reds, Lucci Lambrusco is the debut wine co-founded by supermodel and entrepreneur Ashley Graham. Crafted authentically in Northern Italy's Emilia-Romagna region, Lucci is designed to disrupt the category, bridging the gap between traditional reds and vibrant sparkling wines.

WINEMAKER'S NOTES:

Translucent yellow-gold. Lemon zest, quinine and ginger on the incisive, mineral-accented nose. Sharply focused and dry, showing firm cut to Meyer lemon and green apple flavors, which deepen slowly on the back half. Finishes long and energetic, leaving subtle herb and floral notes behind.  This Brut Nature has less than a gram of residual sugar.

TASTING NOTES:

Crisp apple, sweet citrus and grapefruit pith sprinkled with celery salt create an energetic sparkling wine with a lengthy, dry, pleasing finish.

Bright straw-yellow. Sharply focused aromas of Meyer lemon, quince and candied ginger, along with subtle floral and mineral notes. Densely packed but light on its feet, offering refreshingly bitter citrus pith, pear skin flavors and a hint of spicy white pepper. Racy, stony and sharply focused on the finish, which lingers with repeating mineral and floral character.

- Vinous, 90 pts.

Bread & Butter Chardonnay

This California Chardonnay is lush, balanced and creamy.

What you’ll enjoy about this wine: Rich with creamy notes of vanilla bean, almond and tropical fruit. Balanced acidity and savory toasted notes lead to a long, smooth finish remembered for its touch of sweet vanilla.

How we recommend you enjoy it: This wine goes well with creamy pastas, winter vegetables and shamelessly binge watching your favorite TV show.

Remember, serving butter alone is no way to start a meal. Don’t overthink it; start every meal with this Chardonnay.
