Ink Grade Andosol Napa Valley - $75

Blend: 89% Zinfandel, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon

Ink Grade Andosol Napa Valley 2018 750ml-0

Andosol draws inspiration from the historic field blends of California. Each year this cuvée is crafted to best express the mountain terroir comprised of volcanic rock and ash formed in the Miocene era almost five million years ago. A unique perspective of the Ink Grade Estate, this wine is vibrant and bold with incredible aging potential.

The Andosol contains floral aromas including lilacs and roses, with ripe black cherries and strawberries and a note of pink peppercorn that lingers on the palate. The volcanic soils offer a distinctive iron and tar aromatic flavor married with the fine tannin and acid tension, expressing a profile akin to a cru Barolo.

94 POINTS: WINE ENTHUSIAST - Bright raspberries and red cherries in the nose mingle with riper black cherries, dark chocolate and blueberries in this abundantly fruity, but also well-oaked and well-structured wine made from mostly Zinfandel. Velvety tannins, succulent fruit and spicy oak nuances all balance nicely. Best from 2025-2033

93 POINTS: JAMES SUCKLING - A firm and polished red with cranberry, blackberry and crushed stone character. It’s clear and bright with a darkness and tension. Shows flowers and spices at the end with some dried potpourri and peppercorn. From vineyards in Howell Mountain. Aged three years in cask. A blend of Zinfandel, 20% cabernet sauvignon, and 5% merlot. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Drink or hold.

92 POINTS: ROBERT PARKER’S WINE ADVOCATE - Cherry, cassis and pine notes mark the nose of the Andosol, a blend of 80% Zinfandel and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Matured largely in tank and foudre, it's medium to full-bodied on the palate, framed by silky tannins, then finishes long and bright, with plenty of red fruit and mouthwatering acids.

92 POINTS: WINE ADVOCATE - Zestiness meets structure in this red blend, which features handsome black cherry, dried herb and savory cracked pepper flavors that finish with refined tannins. Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cantine Fina 'Hanami' Rose Terre Siciliane IGT - $20

Hanami Rosato Terre Siciliane IGP 2025 | Svinando

Cantine Fina is one of the youngest and most exciting vineries in Sicily, owned by the enologist Bruno Fina and his family. Cantine Fina is located in Marsala, in one of the most beautiful, and still little known, tourist areas of Italy near Marsala, a city known more for its famous wine than for its landscape beauties.

The vineyards of Cantina Fina extend mainly along the hill where the cellar and the beautiful HQ are located, with native vines such as Grillo, Nero d'Avola and Perricone alongside Interantional grapes like Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and many more.

Hanami Rosato is made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with an elegant pale rose colour with a flowery bouquet of peach, jasmine, orange and boxwood blossom. Round taste with notes of sour cherry, peach, blackberries and tropical fruits as lychees and grapefruit.

Ride & Ridden Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon -$40

Winemaker Notes

Inky-blue with bright aromas of black cherry, eucalyptus, toasted cedar, espresso and leather, the 2021 Ride Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon bursts from the glass and explodes on the palette with ripe blue/black fruits, candied violets and sweet, round tannins. It’s a bold and delicious Cabernet Sauvignon that flexes with big aromas and flavors while finishing with an elegance uncommon for a wine at this price point.

Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

  1. 94 Tasting Panel

While it possesses broad shoulders, this seamless, ripe, and rich wine is saddled with luscious curves in the form of a round, seductive mouthfeel joined by dusty plum and dark chocolate-covered boysenberry.

  2. 92 Wine Spectator

Lots of cassis, classy oak, spice, camphor, and hints of chocolate all emerge from the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Sonoma County, a medium to full-bodied, juicy, classic Sonoma Cabernet delivering ripe tannins, plenty of fruit and opulence, and outstanding length. Drink this brilliant 2021 over the coming 10-12 years, and this could merit an even higher rating with 2-3 years of bottle age.

French Pool Toy Rose - $13

100% recyclable

A MODERN-DAY TALE

This is not going to be a story about a dashing prince on a white horse who rides in to save the damsel in distress. It is the story of French Pool Toy, a tale of success weaving the classic values of life with the concerns of the modern world.

ONCE UPON A TIME

It all started on a balmy summer night in 2016. Maurice, a Franco-American sailor, was having trouble sleeping on board his boat. It was not the waves or strong winds that were the cause, it was the events of the previous day. While enjoying a sail with friends and toasting the sunset with a bottle of Rose, one was knocked over and crashed to the deck. With shards of glass everywhere and one cutting the foot of Maurice, the fun was over and the evening ended.

It was in his bunk that night that he thought about how heavy, bulky and dangerous glass bottles were on a boat. Ideas started to come into his head. Why not put a good quality wine in a high-grade, unbreakable bottle? he thought. It would be perfect not only for boats but beaches, pools, concerts and anywhere else glass would be a problem.

FRENCH POOL TOY WAS BORN

Maurice envisioned a wine built around his fond memories of the Mediterranean, azure waters, flamingos, and delicious roses.

With his ideas fresh in his head and no fairy godmother to help them come to fruition, Maurice enlisted the help of two young French friends. Over the next few months the three toiled in uncharted waters researching, designing and tasting. In the end, the first vintage of Pool Toy was produced.

PARTY PACKAGING

Pool Toy’s go-anywhere packaging is 100% RECYCLABLE state of the art PET with oxygen barrier to protect wine and extend shelf life. Its carbon footprint and global warming potential are far less than glass. “Enjoy The Inside, Recycle The Outside”

WINE IS BEAUTIFUL

This rosé is an inviting pale summer pink made from classic varietals from the south of France. Its fresh red berry with a hint of citrus flavors make it the perfect refresher anytime, anywhere.
