DOC Venezia, a controlled designation of origin, takes its name from the city of Venice. This was the center of the global wine market, which was traded all over the world. The grapes of this classic Piave, which come from old vines grown in clay soil, reach a natural balance of ripeness at the time of harvest. Our grapes, with a rich organoleptic heritage, guarantee a structure with pleasant complexity, with a fruity and spicy aftertaste.
Organoleptic characteristics: intense ruby red colour, fruity aroma of ripe red fruits, full body, soft, rightly tannic and with pleasant notes of wild berries.
Food pairing: ideal with tagliatelle alla Bolognese, beef carpaccio (recipe invented in Venice), roasts and cured meats.

Cantine Fina Taif Zibibbo Terre Siciliane

TAIF is Fina's interpretation of a dry Zibbibo. One of the most ancient grape varieties of Sicily.
Zibibbo was first cultivated by the Phoenicians. It's is also known as Moscato of Alessandria.
Taif is our dry Zibibbo. Round, mineral, fresh, straw yellow in color with light green reflections. A rich bouquet that spans from fruity notes of peach and mandarin to more herbeceous notes, such as sage, and finishes with delicate floral scents of rose and wisteria. On the palate, an initial feeling of warmth is immediately balanced by a pleasent and refreshing acidity. The long finish is characterized by persintent floral flavors.
